Filip Dřímalka wrote the book The Future of No Work, now also out in Korean, and runs the Future AI Leader education programme. To him, non-work means doing things with ease, not slacking off. In this talk he shows how a tiny team using AI sold thousands of books and hundreds of programme seats with almost no paid advertising.

You'll learn how Filip splits a project's marketing into strategy, sales and promotion, why he turns selling into a game with a daily target, and how he made an out-of-office reply, a Wi-Fi hotspot and an AI avatar into sales channels.
