FAQ
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No, we never charge you automatically. The subscription runs for 12 months from payment and we'll remind you a month before it ends. If you want to continue, buy another year. The new subscription picks up where the current one ends, so you don't lose a single day.
Can I get a company invoice?
Yes. Tick “I'm buying for a company” and fill in the company name, registration number and VAT ID. The invoice arrives by e-mail right after payment and is always on your account page.
I've been to the festival before. Are those recordings free for me?
Yes. Recordings of the editions you attended stay yours for as long as the Video Library runs. After signing in you'll find them on your account page. If you bought your ticket with a different e-mail address, add it on your account page under “Missing an edition?”.
I already have most editions from attending. Is a subscription worth it for me?
The editions you attended are already yours, and a subscription adds the missing ones. On top of that, the price includes the Marketing Festival 2027 recordings, arriving on 1 June 2027, plus notes and sources for the talks, including the ones you already have.
When is a new edition added?
The Marketing Festival 2027 recordings arrive in the Video Library on 1 June 2027. Don't want to wait? Come in person, tickets are at marketingfestival.cz.
Can I share the subscription with colleagues, or buy it for a whole team?
The subscription is personal and covers one account. For a team, buy a subscription for each person, or write to info@marketingfestival.cz and we'll arrange a single invoice.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe, in CZK or EUR. Or by bank transfer in CZK against a proforma invoice; the videos unlock as soon as the payment arrives.
