Markéta Kuderová

Martin Kudera and Markéta Kuderová are behind the Živina brand, a family business that during the pandemic turned a love of food into a company with a turnover of over 10 million CZK a year. Today they make over 2,000 products a day, from kimchi to their own sauces and curry pastes, and are getting ready to expand abroad. Martin came from IT and turned his passion for cooking into a product; Markéta launched the brand and the marketing.

At the conference they show how to build a company even without budgets, with an emphasis on sustainability, innovation and the drive to do things their own way.
