What the talk is about
Bjoern Sjut's clients at the Finc3 agency described high-end CRM simply. It should be personal and useful, it should get people to act, and it has to be measurable, ideally in revenue. Bjoern shows that you don't need expensive software for it and can manage with tools costing 10 to 20 dollars a month.
You'll learn why to send birthday emails two days late and from a personal address, how to use emojis and Unicode characters in subject lines, and what animated GIFs and very long images can do in an email. Bjoern explains how a custom tracking pixel and User ID in Google Analytics measure an email's effect even on people who didn't click, how to combine the data in the free Power BI, and how to trigger emails from behaviour in MailChimp or Mixpanel. He ends with browser push notifications as a cheap channel few companies use yet.
