Tomasz Sąsiadek is co-founder of Mentiway, a Polish HR-tech platform that helps organisations launch, run and measure internal mentoring programmes; he looks after operations, marketing and sales. He previously spent years in online marketing, at Digital One, Hypermedia Isobar and the search agency Bluerank, where he led client service and later became co-managing director. He has written on search marketing and third-party cookies for Polish trade media.
