Ondřej Venclík

Co-founder of Plastic Guys, a project that gives plastic waste a purpose again. The story began in punk fashion, baking recycled boards in an ordinary pizza oven. Today Plastic Guys have a large production line that lets them turn tonnes of plastic into Mínus® design panels for high-end interiors and the offices of tech companies. Ondra believes that sustainability doesn't have to be expensive and slow, and that it can be "hacked" with courage, creative use of technology and a mindset where results win over perfectionism.
