Karel Tlusťák

Karel is a founder and CEO of Business Factory, the first company from Central and Eastern Europe to be certified by Facebook as the Preferred Marketing Developer for Facebook Ads. Together with his team, he has created an advertising platform for e-commerce clients of ROI Hunter. He deals also in SEO, content strategies for social networks, and performance marketing for big companies not only in the Czech Republic, but also in 17 other countries.

Karel Schindler (spoke at MF 2014 as Karel Tlusťák) is the founder and CEO of ROI Hunter, a Brno-based product performance management platform. The company grew out of his agency Business Factory, and in 2014 he won Facebook's Accelerator competition. Agora invested in ROI Hunter in 2018, and in December 2025 the US company Pattern Group (Nasdaq: PTRN) acquired it.
