Jakub Dubec looks after revenue growth at Localazy, a Czech platform for software localisation. In a team of fewer than 20 people, he coordinates the work of marketing, sales and product. Over 6 years he has built systems that let Localazy grow while competing with companies that have hundreds of employees. In the past year he added a digital twin: a network of AI agents that reduces routine cognitive load and frees the mind for what AI cannot do, which is human decision-making.
