Dalibor Mráz

Dalibor Mráz works in artificial intelligence as the leader of the ČERNÁ.AI platform, which, under the Černá kostka project, supports innovation, education, know-how transfer and international cooperation in developing AI in the Czech Republic. The platform connects companies, research institutions, the public sector and startups, and organises expert events including AI missions abroad.
In 2025 he received the Discovery of the Year award from OSOBNOSTI.AI. He works on AI development and applied research at Webvalley AI, where he is AI Director and leads projects such as Oxygen Biotech, Supa24 and others. He has built specialised AI solutions for the global market, from pharmaceutical projects and intelligent tools for working with scientific data to custom AI models for global real-estate systems.
He has more than ten years of experience in the film industry, where he led innovation and worked as a supervisor on feature films. He is also involved in education and mentoring, with experience from Europe, Canada and the USA.
He is based in the Moravian-Silesian Region, where he is one of the key figures in AI. As an Ambassador of the Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence, he focuses on developing the AI ecosystem and is involved in validating the need for a Czech language model. With roots in a family of filmmakers, he connects technology with art.
