What the talk is about
How do you run a worldwide campaign in a segment where Amazon and other giants compete with almost unlimited budgets and a search click costs tens of dollars? Veronika Miňovská of CDN77, a company that speeds up websites, presents a campaign built around the new HTTP/2 protocol. CDN77 was among the first CDN providers in the world to support it.
You'll learn why, instead of announcing a new feature, the team built a standalone demo with the brand kept in the background, how it got the website and the campaign ready in under 66 hours, and how it used the Twitter API to find influencers who had written about HTTP/2. Veronika breaks down the cost of about $940 and shows the results: more than 31,000 visitors in three days, almost three times the traffic on the company's own site and a new search term, "HTTP/2 demo".
